I cant put words on how beautiful the experience was made by Paul. I lost the love of my life and dad to my 4 young children. My husband never wanted us to go through the trauma of the traditional funeral experience, knowing we would be already heartbroken enough, so he himself chose direct cremation to take the pressure off us. From the moment I started talking to Paul about my Step Father's wishes to be Cremated, he made it a much easier experience to do. I cannot rate Paul highly enough; he was ready and willing to step in to help at every part of the way and he had an enormous amount of empathy for me as I was so very stressed and so very full of grief.
